You Are Not Alone
A gentle beginning
Grief has a way of making the world feel smaller, quieter, and impossibly heavy. You may be carrying questions you can’t put into words, or emotions that arrive at the wrong time — or all at once. But here, in this space, you don’t have to explain any of it. You don’t have to be “strong,” or “ready,” or “okay.”
This first week is simply an invitation:
to breathe,
to notice what you’re holding,
and to remember that nothing you’re feeling is yours to carry alone.
Others have walked this road. Others have survived the ache you’re feeling now. And while your loss is uniquely yours, the loneliness of grief is something shared by many — and understood here.
Let this be a gentle beginning.
A place to set one small piece down and say,
“This is where I am today.”
That is enough. And so are you.
